I wasn't sure about all the tests. Felt a little bit more time should be taken for first time with a bit more explanation or advice or suggestions. I had to ask a lot. Free BP measurement is offered in online ad but Noone offered. I asked but they forgot. On my way out I asked to have it done. . Nurse did seem a bit nervous with completing paperwork and stickers. I've been through lots of testing before first time I had to swab my own nose. I wasn't sure if I stabbed deep enough or if it was long enough. I just counted to ten in my head for each nostril. Overall very pleasant, glad for this experience more people should know about the services.

The nurse that took the samples was excellent. The receptionist was also very good. However the bathroom available to use to give urine samples was in a very bad condition - hard to close the door, full of leaves, bugs and spiders, and was just not at a good standard for this service.
