Dr Johnson took her time to thoroughly investigate me. She followed up the following morning to see how I was and kept me abreast of all my blood results as they became available from the labs. She has a genuine interest and care for her patients. A passion that is seldom seen in today’s time-pressured world.

Took my whole family to Dr Hayley this week. Even though the appointment was for my baby boy she saw me and my husband too. She is so thorough. The most amazing thing for me is how genuinely caring she is. She called me the next day to find out how we were. A few days later I still was not feeling 100% and I messaged her on her mobile. She got back to me shortly thereafter and saw me on Saturday. She messaged me again (Sunday morning) to find out how I was feeling. Living such a stressful, fast paced, and busy lifestyle it is AMAZING to have a Doctor that takes the time to care for each patient. Being under Doctor Hayley's care has been an amazing change in my life. I'm at a point in my life as I grow older, more ailments pop up and the simple old ones take far far longer to resolve (only early 30s). I started under her care a couple of years ago and her expert ability to diagnose and comprehensively treat my illnesses properly has been so important to me, resulting in less downtime and better ability to cope with my symptoms during the illness. She also provides a real personal touch, personally following up multiple times and actually asking you to let her know how your recovery is going and providing real useful feedback (for free if that was in doubt). This is General Practitionering done right. Only niggle is the practice she is at doesn't process medical aid directly (you need to claim separately), but for the quality of care, it is worth it.
