My brother Xolane Mashiane came all the way from Delmas very sick, he went to a Dr in Delmas, he didn't get help, the Dr concern claims that he cannot diagnose him, he does not see anything wrong, he only gave him an injection, antibiotics and tablets, he further went to Delmas hospital, wherein he was given a drip and was discharged. He was still very very sick with pains. On Thursday morning (22/04/21)I took him to Dr Olivier, who discovered that he has Ulcers, Appendix , She quickly referred him to Steve Biko Hospital, the referral letter was clear on what was expected from the Hospital. Indeed the hospital run the tests, it was discovered that my brother has Appendix and he will be operated today (23/04/2021). Thank you so much Dr Olivier for your hard work and the sense of duty you showed to the South African Community. The Dr even phoned different Ambulance companies to assist us and worse of it all, she used her own cell number to call.

Commendable and well taken care of. Treatment is outstanding and the explanation is understandable.
