Awesome doctor. I did not wait long and she did not just give me my repeat prescription she took my blood pressure and sent me to check my sugar count and cholesterol levels

IF ITS A PRIVATE PATIENT, MY SUGGESTION IS WHEN THE PATIENT MAKES THE BOOKING THAT THE RECEPTIONIST EMAIL THE PATIENT THE LINK FOR PAYMENT ON TIME AND NOT ON THE DAY OF THE TELEPHONIC CONSULTATION ETC. I HAD TO PHONE AND COMPLAIN THAT THE DOCTOR DID NOT CALL, AS I HAD MY APPOINTMENT @ 10:45 AND NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM DR. THEN I CALLED AND ASKED WHATS HAPENNING AND THEN ONLY DID THE RECEPTIONIST TELL ME THAT I FIRST HAD TO PAY AND THEN ONLY WILL THE DR CALL ME! THAT TO ME WAS A BIT OF A DELAY, BUT I EVENTUALLY WAS CALLED IN THE AFTERNOON.
