Dr. Hansraj is an outstanding doctor who truly cares about her patients. She is incredibly thorough, always taking the time to listen carefully and fully understand any concerns. She makes sure to investigate properly and find the best possible solution. If a specialist is needed, she does not hesitate to refer you, ensuring you receive the best care. I trust her completely, if my situation isn't urgent and she’s unavailable, I would rather delay my appointment until she is.

Ladies at reception need to do a better job of managing things. Was only sent to sit outside the doctors rooms more than 15min after my appointment was scheduled. Mind you it took me 2min to fill in the relevant form. Even then the couple who had an appointment 30 min after mine went in before myself (who had the appointment scheduled much earlier). As someone who was extremely weak and in excoriating pain - this was unacceptable.

The recomed system has incorrect time for the appointment. My appointment was for 9:50 but the confirmation showed 7:50. If this gets fixed, the platform works very well!
