Extremely punctual, because of this is can feel rushed, but she is still thorough. Holistic approach, she doesn't just prescribe medication for absolutely everything, but she does when it makes sense. I appreciate this approach to medicine.

Dr Pillay is an amazing GP. She is always available and checks in a few days after the appointment to see how you are doing. She has an amazing bedside manner and great with kids as well. Dr Pillay saw me at exactly the scheduled time with no delay. She was able to access my medical history at Discovery Health (with my signed consent) which means I did not have to guess what medication I had before. She was thorough in her examination and diagnosis. Some of the prescribed medication could be covered under Chronic Benefit and before I even got to the pharmacy she had the medication approved by Discovery for Chronic Benefit. She followed up and emailed relevant documentation to me. Very professional.
