One thing I would highly recommend is to send the SMS instructions of filling out the online app to a new patient at least 24 hours before the appointment. This would give them reasonable time to get all the details if not on hand, and thoroughly complete the necessary the form. This would result in less stress and better first impression for DoctorsRoom. E.g.: My appointment was at 09:00 and the SMS came around 06:30, but I had other matters on hand in the morning and morning rush leaving me no time to complete the requirements.
