Incredibly gifted doctor. Brilliant mind, compassionate and really knows his stuff. He really commits himself to each patient, prioritizing the quality of care above speedy timeslots. So, your patience in the waiting room will usually be required, but it's worth it -- Best Dr. we've ever had.

Just like good food takes a little longer to cook, excellent treatment takes a little longer to wait for. Dr Schwarts definitely is not a fast food outlet. He is an amazing diagnostician and takes time and care with each patient. No patient is rushed so for me, the waiting time is irrelevant and results in 4 stars which is simply not what is applicable for a 5 star and more doctor. I first saw Dr Schwarts when he was at Knighton Villa in Kenilworth Road and when consultations cost R12,00. If you are looking for a 'top class' doctor, Gary Schwarts is the doctor on demand that you are looking for. I would far rather wait for excellent care and follow-up rather than feel that I am being rushed in a sausage machine. Please don't retire, Dr Schwarts . Thandi and I need you.
