Received an email upon booking that stated the request was sent but no confirmation of the appointment was received. I was then told that I had missed the appointment. The email states “this email is not a confirmation”. Please check the online booking system as there was no confirmation, only a “request for appointment”

Dr Tsang is the most compassionate doctor I've ever had. She is thorough and straight-forward and very knowledgeable about her stated fields of interest. She even phoned to check in on me after she referred me to a specialist. She's a great doctor and lovely human.

Had to wait for 40 minutes from the time I booked to see the Dr. This is the second time it has happened unfortunately, otherwise I would not have been as annoyed. Both times I had to wait for 30+ minutes after the time I had booked, I only have 1 hour during lunch so makes it very difficult to plan my time when I always have to wait post the time I actually booked.
