I found CA Cape Doctors on Google and being a Sunday, I wasn’t sure whether I would find a doctor to help me urgently with a repeat prescription. I’m on vacation and don’t know Cape Town very well. I was nervous to see a new doctor but when I couldn’t get an appointment with my regular doctor, I reluctantly took a chance. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Great service provided by the doctors

The doctor was really nice and professional

I love how that even though my case wasn't anything too hectic, my doctor still takes it just as seriously as anything else.

I was told I had no symptoms of tonsillitis - despite having a sore throat, cough, headache, earache, and fatigue - but wasn't asked basic diagnostic questions (i.e. is your ear sore, does it hurt to swallow...?), and the physical exam was limited to BP, torch in mouth, and lungs. Dr wrote a script nonetheless, but I felt it could have been a bit more thorough... Great that there was availability on a public holiday.

So easy to get an appointment and multiple time slots available. Saw me immediately upon arrival and Dr. Baard got me everything I needed! A lovely clinic.
