I seek to facilitate the growth of my clients by providing a warm, supportive and non-judgmental space for my client to freely express themselves, feeling heard and understood and; being empowered to live in confidence and peace. I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients to assist them in obtaining their goals.

I am trained in Psychodynamic Theory, CBT, DBT, Interpersonal Pattern Analysis (IPA) and Art Therapy. 

I have an interest in Learning/Scholastic difficulties, Assessments (Career Assessments, Concessions, and full Psycho-Educational assessments), Play Therapy, Parenting skills, Anxiety, Depression, Interpersonal Difficulties, Family Conflict,  and Self-esteem difficulties.

I work with children (5+), adolescents, adults and families.
