Dr. Williams was as thorough as she could be considering the power outage and some equipment limitations. She has a very pleasant and professional bedside manner. She said she would forward some information and did so very quickly despite the fact she was soon going on holiday. I would definitely recommend her for patients with ENT related issues.

Dr Williams is considerably thorough and attentive. Over and above the ENT area of specialisation, she simultaneously adopts an integrated approach. This sets her apart from peers who may have a narrowed focus and thus miss integral 'bigger picture' connections.

The online booking system is great, so quick & easy. My consult was incredibly thorough and Dr Williams showed care and interest which these days feels rare in medical consults. I would absolutely recommend her to others.
