I am a Counselling Psychologist registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). Psychotherapeutically, I work in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, depending on the client’s needs, meaning that I tailor treatment to meet the client’s needs and goals. I strive to provide an open, non-judgmental, warm, and empathic therapeutic environment within which clients can feel safe while navigating their journey of self-exploration and reaching optimal functioning.

I provide psychotherapy to adolescents and adults. My interests lie in but are not limited to trauma and stressor disorders, depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, substance-related and addictive disorders, compulsive sexual behavior or sexual dysfunctions, religious or spiritual difficulties, grief and bereavement, and adjustment disorders.

Furthermore, I have a special interest in psychoeducational assessments and neuropsychological assessments.
