As a Counselling Psychologist, I offer psychological services including psychological assessment, consultation, counselling and/or psychotherapy for emotional, behavioural, cognitive, and relationship problems. The kinds of issues I assist with include 9but are not limited to) occupational and academic difficulties, relationship conflicts, anxiety and trauma, depression and suicidal feelings, as well as adjustment problems in children, adolescents and adults. I also offer psychological services for the purposes of self-exploration and personal growth as clients grow and mature through different stages of their lives and form their identities. I offer individual, couples, and family therapy. I also offer psycho-educational/scholastic, neuropsychological, subject choice, and career assessments.

I adopt a holistic approach in working with clients, understanding clients as physical, mental, emotional, relational and spiritual beings. I approach therapy from a relational and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) stance. I prefer to work collaboratively with my clients and respect their agency in the process.
