    Christelle is a counselling psychologist registered with the HPCSA and BHF and contracted to most medical aids in South Africa. She views the therapy room as an opportunity to join in a collaborative relationship with her clients and seeks to create an environment of acceptance and hope as they work together to overcome various challenges and difficulties.
    Her therapeutic interventions are done from a post-modern orientation that incorporates aspects of Cognitive Behaviour therapy, Rational Emotive Behaviour herapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy and Gestalt therapy, as she adapts her approach to suit the unique needs of each person she meets with. 


    Areas of special interest include post-natal depression, couples therapy, parenting skills training and co-parenting plans.  


    Sessions are offered face-to-face and via skype.
