    I'm the owner of Anel Odendaal Biokinetics.


    I'm Passionate about what I do, my main focus is on Orthopaedic rehabilitation - mostly shoulders, knees and lowerback.


    I also do postural analysis looking at muscle imbalances as well as overall balance.


    My evaluation is not just site specific I evaluate the surrounding structures as well making sure we know exactly which muscles/ joints are affected and not just treating the symptoms.

    Anel was a fantastic Chiropractor. She is incredibly thorough in her patient history questions, and notably adapts her treatment based on the patient history, physical responsiveness to treatment methods etc. This is incredibly informative and sets the patient at ease.
