I had a motor vehicle accident 2 years ago. I was unconscious on arrival at the hospital I was first treated. I was then transferred to St Augustine's hospital. I was in a coma for two weeks. The hospital that treated me at first advised my family there is nothing more they can do for me and that they must prepare for the worst as I suffered brain damage. She kept giving my family hope and she never once gave up on me. Caring for me and nursing me back to health. . I left the hospital unable to talk, loss of memory, unable to hold a pen in my hand, suffered with my speech and more. Two years down the line I am able to do everything I always wanted and more.
