Dr Ronel is very kind, good listener and explains everything in simple details that you would understand. She is so relaxed giving you the sense of belonging and that makes you to be very comfortable. When a doctor seems to be in a hurry, you as a patient panics not sure if you are wasting his or her time trying to explain something which can lead to false diagnosis. That is not the case with her
