How does the Discovery Health RecoMed free trial work?
All you need to do is sign up and set up your profile. You’ll be able to get five patient
bookings without being charged. If you would like to continue receiving bookings
after this point, you will be asked to provide us with your billing details.
When and how will I be charged for booking fees after the free trial?
You’ll be charged for confirmed bookings on the first day of every month via debit
order. You’re not locked into a contract and can opt out at any time after 30 days’
notice.
Into which practice management applications does RecoMed integrate?
Our booking system can integrate into Healthbridge, Med-e-Mass, CGM, Goodx
and SoluMed. Contact us for more information if your PMA isn’t listed here.
Is there any setup required from me?
Just sign the service agreement, create a practice or provider profile, and choose
the timeslots when you want to be available. We’re here to provide technical
support to connect your PMA to RecoMed and can also train your team remotely.
