Dr Pillay saw me at exactly the scheduled time with no delay. She was able to access my medical history at Discovery Health (with my signed consent) which means I did not have to guess what medication I had before. She was thorough in her examination and diagnosis. Some of the prescribed medication could be covered under Chronic Benefit and before I even got to the pharmacy she had the medication approved by Discovery for Chronic Benefit. She followed up and emailed relevant documentation to me. Very professional.
